The People Empowered Through Applied Coaching (PEAC) Program has been conducted for close to 400 leaders in 65 cities and 9 different countries.

Establishing a coaching culture and assisting Leaders in applying and making the coaching approach a primary leadership philosophy are our program’s primary objectives. We intend to challenge current management approaches and empower organizations’ team members by utilizing practical applied coaching techniques that can be used in daily operations.
